Crispy Chix with Celery and Carrot

I just thought of this dish randomly so I decided to cook this for his family. Simple crispy chix with celery and carrot.... how simple and delicious. I had a few pieces of Japanese crispy chicken in the fridge so I used it to add some flavour to this dish. I fried the chicken first, then chopped it up into strips and added it to the celery and carrot. A simple stir fry dish:)....
